What should you do befor the surgery?
you should tell your Dr a full exposition of all the surgeries you have ever had in the first visit.
IF you had any chronically problems you should tell to your dr.
If you did lipo suction before you should inform dr.
You should also inform the dr not only of all the medicine that you are taking but also all the food supplement and also vitamins.
Don’t forget that you should stop smoking cigrate or also hooks and the other things for a month before and after the surgery to have the best result and the side effects will be decreased.
When you visit the surgent he check you up !What he wants to see is to find disorders or asymmetries or check lipodistrophy,cellulite or dumplings.
May be you have hernia at the same time that surgent should consider this matter.

How is the surgery?
The lipo suction surgery or the new methods of lipo suction is by general anastasia or it could be by local anasthasia with sedation or drowsiness.
it could be also epidoral anastasia.You shoul have a direct connection with your anesthesiologist and cooperate with him for choosing the suitable anasthasia method .
After suitable anasthasia the surgent put some small hole on your skin less than 1cm, it could be 4 or 5 ml .for each area it could be 1 ,2 or three holes.
you can cooperate with your surgent to choose the area according to the clothes that you wear or which area is good for you.
The numbers of holes depend on the area and amount of the fat that are needed to remove.
After making holes on your skin a liquid containing epinephrin is injected in fat with a special cannula that contract vessels and stop bleeding and also what every body scared of it ,embolism.
The fluid that injected inside the fat also has lidocain that you feel numb during and also after surgery.
After injecting this fluid into and around fat globule and seperate them the surgent wait for 7 to 30 minutes and then remove them with special cannula from your body.
The time of surgery is related to surgent patience and the amount of fat .Surely if the amount of fat that should remove is less the result will be better.
and time of surgery is also less.
There is a common question that shoul I stay at night or it’s not necessary.
Sometimes it’s better that you stay a night in the clinic or hospital. If you have a simultineus medical problem or you are suspected to have the simultineus problems it’s better that stay a night.
also if lots of fat is removed from your body it’s better to stay in a hospital.
If there are different areas that the fat is removed like stomache,flank,back or arms it’s better stay for night.
If the fat removal surgery is with another procedure like abdominoplasty ,It’s also better that you stay a night in the hospital.

What should you do after surgery?
Don’t forget that you have to wear pressure garment after surgery. sometimes we put some dressing under pressure garment for forming in the first week.but it’s not necessary to put it after a week.
You should walk as soon as possible. before that you should move your legs to stop blod clotting.

When can you have a shower?
mostly one or two days after surgery you can have a short shower

How long do you need rest?
mostly after 4 days ,one or 2 weeks you can back to work.That it really depends on you and the amount of the fat tjat is removed.
it’s different in each person.
You should for 3 to 6 months be patient to get a final result.

How much you should pay?
The cost includes the surgent ,clinic and Anastasia. The total cost is 700 dollars for each area in the clinic.and it’s 30% more in the hospital.
